Fit the furnace to the home
Capacity is confirmed from the home, duct system and actual site conditions—not selected from square footage alone.
Adapt the system correctly
Existing gas, venting, electrical, drainage, filter access and duct transitions are evaluated before the scope is finalized.
Commission with measurements
Startup includes temperature rise, gas operation, total external static pressure, airflow review, combustion analysis and carbon-monoxide verification as applicable.
Old equipment removal, new furnace, connection to existing utilities and ductwork, venting or flue connection, electrical connection, condensate management where applicable, startup and homeowner walkthrough.
Major duct reconstruction, electrical upgrades, gas-line changes, chimney liner work, asbestos handling, difficult access, permit fees or other non-standard site corrections.

Before choosing a furnace
How do you determine furnace size?
Fractal considers the building load, insulation, windows, duct capacity and site conditions. Square footage by itself is not a furnace-sizing method.
Should I choose an 80% or condensing furnace?
The right choice depends on venting, equipment location, existing construction, comfort goals and budget. We compare the installed system—not only the efficiency number on the cabinet.
Does the advertised price apply to every house?
No. It applies to a standard replacement installation after sizing and site verification. Any non-standard work is identified and priced before installation begins.
